Clarkson Sheridan Soccer Club Refund Policy

Refund Policy:  The CSSC does not provide any refunds.

• However, for House League Players ONLY, the Registrar has the authority to process a refund - for very specific situations with extenuating circumstances.  All refunds approved will be processed in June, if the player cannot play most of the season due to:
  1. Medical problems or
  2. Special family circumstances.
• Refunds will NOT be considered for conflicts with other activities, siblings play on the same night, making a Rep. team with another club, player simply "doesn't want to play".
• All requests must be IN WRITING, stating complete particulars, and received by The Registrar no later than May 1st of the year for which a refund is being requested.
• For all approved refunds, an administration fee of $30 will be charged.
• All requests for refunds must be in writing using the Request for Refund Form.

Clarkson Sheridan Soccer Club Special Requests Policy

• Can I pick which team my child plays on?
  
  The CSSC has a STRICT "No Special Requests" policy. Due to the complication of forming fair and balanced teams the Club does not accept requests for assigning players to specific teams or to play with other designated players except family (brother & sister only) members. Furthermore, the Club reserves the right to move players between teams to ensure fair and balanced games for all players.
  
  Although the Club appreciates the logistics of having multiple children playing on the same night, of having many children playing with the Club, single parents, night-shifts, etc. in order to be fair to ALL members we must apply this policy consistently to all members.
