Registration Guidelines - 2012 Outdoor Season.
For Players born 1995 - 2008.

Note: You can click on the "Game Days" button in the left bar to find your child's game night and availability before proceeding to register.  While the CSSC makes every attempt to adhere to this schedule, these nights are not guaranteed, enrollment levels may force us to make changes and to combine different age groups.  

Please Note:

• Registration is on a first come basis. Your registration will not be complete until your payment has been confirmed.
• Registration can be:
  1. Completed and paid on-line (via the Internet).
  2. Completed on-line and paid by cash or cheque.
• The fee for players born in 2006 to 2008 is $140.00 (Early Bird up to Feb.29th). The fee is $160 (March 1 to March 31) and $180 if registering after April 1.
• The fee for players born in 2005 and earlier is $195.00   (Early Bird up to Feb.29th). The fee is $210 (March 1 to March 31) and $230 if registering after April 1.
• Fees include a uniform, team & individual pictures, and year-end Clarkson Cup Event which includes a trophy.
• For registration to Rep, Select and All-Star teams please speak to your coach.
