Rep Development Programme for Players Under 10 - Under 18

The Clarkson Sheridan Soccer Club (CSSC) is constantly working to provide, from it's perspective, an efficient youth development programme (from 4 to 16 years of age) who wish to achieve important milestones in soccer.

These goals may be scholarships, or what is of great interest to us lately, a path to professional soccer. Which we are well aware, is not easy to achieve, especially in this part of the world.

Although it has been a great undertaking, our club has implemented a serious soccer development programme with consistent, clear and concrete objectives and without short cuts.

Our development programme was designed for the medium to long term. This is really where one achieves a higher level of performance and allows young athletes to build a strong base, something we feel is missing in other Canadian soccer programmes. That's why we've made a commitment to offer something different.

Recently, due our connections to prestigious soccer institutions in Argentina and Uruguay, young soccer players will have opportunities which previously did not exist; they will have incentives and real, solid goals to which they can strive.

They will have the opportunity to achieve their goals.
